I ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit via PayPal which will confirm your place on my waiting list, and another 25% non-refundable deposit when it's your turn so that there's a 50% payment down before I start. I will also inform you of a rough time estimate that we agree upon during this stage. In case of a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, please let me know beforehand so that I can ensure it will reach on time. There's an extra charge for a background.

For more than 1 subject, please contact me for a quote.

Throughout the drawing process I will send progress photos to ensure you're happy with the portrait. Upon completion, I will send you a scanned image of the drawing for approval and the remaining balance is only paid when you're satisfied with the end result.

All orders are shipped flat in a secure box.
